Thank god for iPhones I tell ya- without them I may have found out that I have been formally approved for a home loan
after my full day of shopping instead of half way through (outrageous I know) but thanks to my trusty device that I treasure like a first born child, I was able to jump on the email that came through from my mortgage broker the second I heard that little ding, advising me that I have gone from conditional approval to formal approval.
What a weight off my shoulders! I don't have to rob a bank now that they are just going to give me the money. They did the right thing!
ING- I am ready to commit to you for the next 30 years but no offence hopefully we are divorced before then!
Shackled to debt!! Yee-ha!!
